Liability Waiver and Release

MY PRESENCE AT AN IN-PERSON OR ONLINE ROR | RETURN ON RELATIONSHIPS EVENT CONFIRMS THAT I RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST SEARLES SUCCESS SYSTEMS LLC, DOING BUSINESS AS ROR | RETURN ON RELATIONSHIPS, ITS HOSTS, AFFILIATED PARTNERS, SPONSORS, AND VENUES, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”).

THIS RELEASE APPLIES IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW PERMITS. IT INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT, OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND BY THE RELEASED PARTIES, SUCH AS DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS, OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.

IT COVERS ANY SUCH CLAIM THAT I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNS, NEXT OF KIN, OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE NOW OR MAY HAVE LATER, ARISING NOW OR LATER FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY ROR EVENT OR ACTIVITY.

Media Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

By attending any event hosted by ROR | Return on Relationships, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photographs, video, and audio recordings may be captured during the event.

ROR may use these images and recordings in its promotional and commercial content, including social media, websites, podcasts, email communications, advertisements, and printed materials.

By entering the event premises or joining an online session, you grant Searles Success Systems LLC, doing business as ROR | Return on Relationships, and its representatives the right to use, reproduce, and publish any photograph, video, or audio in which you appear, without compensation. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. You release and hold harmless ROR and the Released Parties from any claims, demands, and liabilities connected with the use of such media.

If you prefer to stay out of photographs or recordings, tell the event photographers and videographers when you arrive, and step out of frame when you can so they can keep working. For online sessions, turn off your camera and use a display name you’re comfortable having recorded.
